Fohfum is able to ship your purchase anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.

We charge a flat fee of $115 anywhere in New Zealand for deliveries that include a cot, or $50 if it only includes the newborn range. Linen is $19.50 for up to 3 items.
For Australian deliveries, prices will be quoted when you order, and will usually include all fees and duties (such as customs and local GST) so delivery is not delayed. To find out costs prior to ordering, please contact us at hello@fohfum.co.nz
All orders will be delivered to your door, and if you have special instructions (eg. access issues or time preferences) please let us know when you place your order.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time at our discretion.
Delivery times
Within New Zealand: 2 - 3 weeks. For other areas we’ll let you know the expected delivery time when you place your order.
Returns
You can return new items to us within 30 days of receipt. Your Fohfum product must show no signs of use and you must return it with all the original packaging and instruction manual.
If everything looks OK, we’ll issue a refund, minus the original shipping and return shipping charges, into the same account you used to pay.
The same terms apply if delivery is refused for any reason.
